While it is popular to say that people are an organization's most important asset, in our case, we consider people are our only asset. Not only does the quality of our people determine the quality of the organization, but it also determines the type of company we become.

What it really boils down to is "Quality". In our opinion, quality is very difficult to define. The reason for this is that quality, like beauty, is found in the eye of the beholder. We do believe, however, that in order to get quality, you need two things. First, people have to "Care" about what they do, and secondly, people need to have "Gumption". Caring alone is not enough. You need to follow that through by doing something about it.

What we look for in our team members is a strong desire to succeed, a passion for quality, attention to detail and an entrepreneurial spirit. What we believe motivates people is for them to know that what they do will truly make a difference. We do this by hiring the very best people, setting a business framework and core value system that they understand and believe in, and then get out of their way. Get rid of the politics, give credit where credit is due, and help get rid of the unnecessary speed bumps that get in the way of good customer service.
