What it really boils down to is "Quality". In our opinion, quality is very difficult to define. The reason for this is that quality, like beauty, is found in the eye of the beholder. We do believe, however, that in order to get quality, you need two things. First, people have to "Care" about what they do, and secondly, people need to have "Gumption". Caring alone is not enough. You need to follow that through by doing something about it.

We do this by hiring the very best people, setting a business framework and core value system that they understand and believe in, and then get out of their way.
